SCIP-Anyo-SUEZ hazardous waste disposal project completes RT and MPT successfully

Guangzhou/Ennetbürgen, August 2023，Shanghai, 12th August, 2023—10:0 a.m., Aug 12, 2023 marked a major milestone for SCIP-Anyo-SUEZ hazardous waste disposal project supplied and built by Raschka upon the facility successfully passed reliability tests (“RT”) and minimum performance tests (“MPT”) with all technical performance and guarantee indicators fully met under the witness of the project team and operation team of SCIP-Anyo-SUEZ.  

The project presents a significant breakthrough in design, which can accommodate the complexity of waste feeds and the ever-increasing stringent environmental and emission standards in the future. Known as RT and MPT, the procedure is a critical step in ensuring safety, integrity, reliability and regulatory compliance of the whole incineration system. Successful RT and MPT has proved that the facility has satisfied its highly demanding design specifications and met the strictest EU emission standards. With an annual disposal capacity of 40,000 tons, the facility is set to meet the ever-growing demand for hazardous waste treatment from Shanghai Chemical Industry Park (SCIP), SAIC Motor, Shanghai SINOPEC and other industrial producers in Shanghai.
